Automatic Rotary Cup Filling and Capping Machine
The Automatic Rotary Cup Filling and Capping Machine is designed for automatic filling and capping of sauces, pastes and other liquid or semi-liquid products into preformed cups or containers.
This machine integrates automatic cup dropping, filling, lid feeding, lid pressing and finished product discharge into one continuous packaging process.
With a compact 8-station rotary design and a production capacity of approximately 1,500–1,800 cups per hour, it is an efficient packaging solution for food manufacturers looking to reduce manual operation and improve production consistency.

How the Machine Works
The complete automatic process includes:
Automatic Cup Dropping → Sauce Filling → Automatic Lid Feeding → Lid Pressing → Finished Product Discharge
1. Automatic Cup Dropping
Empty cups are automatically separated and placed into the rotary holders, reducing manual cup feeding and maintaining continuous production.
2. Automatic Sauce Filling
The filling system automatically dispenses the preset amount of product into each cup.
The filling system can be configured according to the characteristics of the customer's product, such as viscosity, flowability, filling volume and temperature.
3. Automatic Lid Feeding
After filling, lids are automatically supplied and positioned onto the cups.
The lid-feeding system is customized according to the customer's cup and lid dimensions to ensure stable positioning during continuous operation.
4. Automatic Lid Pressing
The lids are automatically pressed firmly onto the cups to complete the capping process.
This solution is particularly suitable for products that use preformed plastic lids or snap-on lids and do not require film heat sealing.
5. Automatic Finished Product Discharge
After filling and capping, the finished cups are automatically discharged from the rotary system for collection or connection to the next production process.
Suitable for Chimichurri & Pesto Sauce
This machine has been successfully customized for packaging:

Both products require the filling system to be selected according to their actual characteristics.
For sauces containing herbs, oil, spices or small particles, we recommend providing product information or samples before production so that the filling system can be properly configured and tested.
